You have built something real. A career. A reputation. A version of yourself that worked hard and delivered. And now, quietly, something has shifted. You can feel it, even if you don't have language for it yet.
This is the space for what comes next. Built by someone who has been in those rooms, carried that weight, and found her way through it.
Request access"She is not starting over. She is beginning again, with everything she has earned."
A framework for identity transitionThe moment you are in is real. And you deserve someone in your corner who gets it.
Something has shifted. In the workplace. In the world. In the quiet space between who you have been and who you are becoming. You feel it even when you cannot name it yet.
You have shown up. Every room. Every review. Every milestone they set, you met. And somewhere along the way you learned to carry it contained. The exhaustion. The uncertainty. The parts of yourself you left at the door because the room did not always have space for all of you.
And then the goalpost moved. Again.
So here is the real question. Is the effort you are putting in worth the reward? What are the trade offs you are making? And if they give you what you earned, will it feel like an accomplishment, or will it feel like resentment?
Those are not easy questions to sit with alone.
Many of the women who find this space are the first of their kind. First in their families to climb this far. No blueprint. No one ahead of them on this path who can reach back and say, here is what I know, here is what it costs, here is how you move.
This is that space. You can say exactly what is happening. We will look at it clearly, without flinching. And then it is game time. We build the plan. We decide how you want to move. And you walk into that next conversation in a way that is authentically you, emotions honored, strategy intact, showing up in a way that represents you well.
Let's keep it a hundred. That is what I wish I had. I built The Season Between so you do not have to wish. I am not your coach. I am your sidekick. We are in this together.
The Season Between is a private, high-touch advisory for women navigating the space between who they were and who they are becoming.
This is not performative reinvention, noisy self-help, or shallow personal branding. It is careful, strategic work for women whose identities and lives are shifting beneath them.
A guided entry point into the work. Eight modules built on the S.E.A.S.O.N.S.™ Framework. Self-guided, at your own pace. And when something surfaces that needs a real conversation, private check-in sessions with Tola are available to move through it together.
Access the workbook →A focused three-month engagement for women ready to do the work with support. Dedicated 1:1 sessions, structured around the S.E.A.S.O.N.S.™ Framework. You walk away with a named understanding of your season, a clear direction, and the internal clarity to act on it. Everything is shaped by where you start.
For women navigating sustained transition who need depth, continuity, and trusted counsel. Some engagements last a defined season. Others continue across years and multiple inflection points. The work shapes itself around what each season requires. Private and confidential.
A small, invite-only group for women navigating similar seasons. A private space to think alongside others who understand the terrain, without the noise of a general community. Six women maximum. If you feel this is the right space for you, reach out to begin the conversation.
Inquire about The Cohort →Before you can move, you need to know where you actually are. A proprietary seven-stage framework for locating yourself in transition and understanding what this season is asking of you. The foundation beneath every offering at The Season Between.
The Season Between treats transition as a meaningful threshold. Not something to rush through, hide, or explain away. This work honors the woman beneath the role, the title, the expectation, and the old identity.
If you are looking for someone to tell you what to do next, this is not the right space.
If you need the answer to arrive quickly, this work will frustrate you.
If you are not ready to look honestly at what has actually ended, we are not yet at the beginning.
If you want performance over truth, there are other places better suited to that.
A career. A reputation. A version of herself that worked, until it didn't. She is not lost. She is in between.
From the outside, nothing looks wrong. From the inside, the ground has shifted. She knows it. She hasn't named it yet.
She needs precision. A way to understand what this season is asking, and what to do with that answer.
She has spent years being the one who knows. Now she's in a season where she doesn't, and she refuses to pretend otherwise.
I had been carrying a version of myself that no longer fit. Within our first few sessions, I had language for something I had been living with for years but could not name. That clarity changed everything.
This was not coaching in the way I had experienced it before. Tola sees things clearly and names them without flinching. I left every conversation with something I could actually use, not just feel good about.
I came in thinking I needed a career plan. What I actually needed was to stop performing a version of myself that was exhausting me. The Season Between helped me see the difference.
For the first time in years, I made a decision without second-guessing myself into exhaustion. That is what this work does. It gives you back your own clarity.
This work is built on nearly two decades inside some of the most demanding organizations in the world. Not advising from the outside. Operating from the inside, at Meta, FedEx, Visa, R/GA, and JLL Technologies, partnering with leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from performing certainty you no longer feel.
Over those years, I built trusted, long-term relationships with leaders who have since moved through organizations including Google, Netflix, Snap, the federal government, and private equity. Those relationships did not end when the roles changed. They continued, because transition does not announce itself and then wait. It arrives at inconvenient moments, and what those women needed was someone already in their corner who understood the full arc of where they had been.
I know what it is to be the most capable person in the room and the most privately uncertain. To carry a deep understanding of how your mind works, and still wonder if the room has space for all of it. To hold yourself back, not from lack, but from conditioning. From the story you were handed about which parts of you were acceptable, and which parts needed to stay quiet.
That particular exhaustion, the kind that comes from showing up as a version of yourself that isn't complete, is something I understand from the inside. Not as observation. As lived experience. What twenty years inside high-performing organizations taught me is this: the women who are most extraordinary are often the ones working hardest to contain it. This work is, in part, about releasing that.
I hold a Master's degree with distinction from the London School of Economics, an executive credential from the Wharton CHRO Program, and SPHR certification.
